Cosmos – Velouette

This large-flowered variety features a unique contrasting colour pattern, with deep red blooms and clear white stripes. It grows to a height of around 80-90cm and is ideal for creating a captivating feature in a border.

Sow from February to March in trays of moist seed compost, covering lightly with compost or vermiculite. Prick off glasshouse seedlings into trays 10cm apart when large enough to handle. Gradually harden off before planting out in May 30-45cm apart.
