This variety is a mid-green colour with fleshy petioles. It is one of the best flavoured celery varieties available and holds for a long time. It is quick growing and has a good standing ability. It is strong, upright and bolt resistant.

It is ideal for early to mid-season production. It will grow where it is traditionally difficult to grow.

To plant outside sow from March – April in a cold frame ready for planting out in May or June
