Organic Parsley Italian Giant

This is a plain-leaved variety with strong flavour and vigorous growth. It grows to a height of 75cm.

Early sowings can be made in pots or trays under glass at 13C. Thin to 5-6cm apart before gradually hardening off and planting out in April, 25cm apart. Later sowings can be made direct into the growing site 1cm deep. Gradually thin to eventual an spacing of 25cm. The thinning can be potted for winter use. Always harvest by cutting 2cm above the soil to encourage new growth.
