Squash – Pink Banana

This is a wonderful sweet squash ideal when roasted. As easy to grow as marrows and courgettes.

Sow the seeds undercover from April onward, place the seeds on their sides to avoid rotting off at about the depth of the seed. Keep in warm until germination in about a week. Harden off before planting out after the last frost. The seeds can be sold direct when the soil warms up in late spring
