How to Grow Squash Long Island Cheese:

Sow seeds indoors 34 weeks before the last frost or directly outdoors when the soil is warm. Sow 23 cm deep in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. Keep moist until germination (714 days). Allow ample space for vines to spread. Harvest mature fruits before the first frost and cure in a warm, dry place for long storage.
