This Rudbeckia is a biennial but can be grown as an annual. It has very large flowers with lemon tips on golden petals with green centre. Height 70 80cm

Sow the seeds in early spring for flowers the same summer. It takes 13 -16 weeks from sowing to flowering. Sow the seeds in good quality compost and cover with a thin layer of fine vermiculite. Ideal temperature is 20C for germination and lower to15C for growing on. Germination takes 1- 2 weeks. Pot on when large enough to handle.
