This half hardy annual has a wonderful range of flowers as illustrated in the picture. This is a dwarf plant that is ideal for borders and pots.

How to sow and grow Lisianthus

Sow in good quality compost and cover with a thin layer of vermiculite. Keep at 22C when germination will take 8 – 12 days. Plant out when large enough to handle.

Plant in groups of 5 plants to get a distinct splash of colour.
