This variety features flowers that are three inches wide and bright orange on branching purple stems. The leaves are glossy, beetroot-coloured and heart-shaped, and the flowers are loved by butterflies.

Sow finely and evenly, covering thinly with compost or grit. Germinate in gentle heat or in a warm, bright spot outside. Grow on individual seedlings in 3 inch pots before planting out.
