Tamarix ramosissima Pink Cascade is a fast-growing, deciduous shrub with fine, feathery green foliage and clouds of soft pink flowers on arching shoots in late summer to early autumn (AugSep). Best in full sun and well-drained soil, especially light, sandy or chalky sites; it copes well with coastal and exposed positions. Use as a specimen or for airy screening; prune after flowering to maintain shape and encourage flowering wood for the following year.
