Gypsophila paniculata Pink Festival is a bushy, deciduous perennial prized for its airy clouds of small pink flowers in mid to late summer. Best in full sun and well-drained, preferably alkaline or chalky soil, it brings a soft, romantic texture to mixed and cottage borders and is excellent for cutting and drying. Expect an eventual height of around 6090cm with a 3060cm spread. Avoid heavy or waterlogged soils; deadhead after flowering to tidy, and cut back once spent. Fully hardy and relatively drought-tolerant once established.
