Sow seeds indoors 34 weeks before the last frost or directly outdoors once the soil is warm. Sow 23 cm deep infertile, well-drained soil in full sun. Keep moist until germination (714 days). Space plants to allow for semi-bush growth. Harvest mature fruits before the first frost and cure in a warm, dry place for longer storage.
