This is an unusual F1 hybrid of broccoli and Chinese kale. It produces green broccoli spears on edible stems, which taste similar to asparagus.

Pinch out the first head at an early stage to encourage the side shoots to develop. It should be transplanted into its final location from March to June for cropping from June to October.
