How to Sow and Grow

Sow the seeds indoors in March to May in a good quality seed compost, placing the seeds on their side 1 cm deep.Keep at a constant temperature of 1821C until the seeds germinate, (about 710 days).Plant out late May, early June, spaced at 60-120cm by 90-150cm. Harvest from July onwards.
