Erigeron karvinskianus Profusion

Also known as Mexican fleabane this is a mat forming perennial that has large numbers of small single daisy flowers which start white and gradually turn pink. This delightful plant has many uses including hanging baskets, rockeries and direct in the border.

How to sow and grow Erigeron

They grow successfully in a wider range of soil types. For the best results make sure the plants don’t dry out and you will be rewarded with loads of flowers.

Sow the seeds any time from January to July although they can be sown in the autumn under cover. Sow in quality seed compost and cover the seeds. Germination at 15 – 20C takes 2 to 4 weeks. Pot up individually or in trays ready to go into their final position when all risk of frost as passed.
