Coriander Calypso

This coriander is very slow to bolt making it a great variety for harvesting leaves. It tolerates British conditions well making it a popular variety.

When the soil has warmed up in the spring then sow the seeds thinly about 5 10mm deep. Germination should take about 10 14 days, as the plants grow they can be thinned from 40 70cm. The leaves can be harvest as soon as plants are large enough or wait until they have produced seeds which can be dried and used in cooking. Grows well on a windowsill.
