Evionas RZ is a medium-sized iceberg lettuce with a flat-round head shape. The flat leaf veins and the nicely closed underside enable a quick harvest. Due to the slow head filling, a long harvest window results. Because the variety has the Knox trait, the cut and broken areas do not discolour so quickly.
