Melon France Mini Hybrid

France Mini Hybrid is a mini version of the popular Charentais Melon. It has the same delicious flavour and perfumed fruit packed in a mini form. The fruits are suited to the UK climate and ripen quicker in the cooler climate. The plants will produce between 5 and 8 fruits and are ideal for growing on a patio, in the greenhouse or a sunny spot.

Sow the seeds individually in good compost and germinate at 21C They do well in a propagator or place in a polythene bag until they have germinated. The best time to plant is the end of April through to May as they do well in warm conditions. Plant out into growbags in a greenhouse or if you have a warm spot outside harden off before planting in the final location.
