Microgreens Baby Leaves Nasturtium Blue Pepe Seeds

Grow your own Microgreens as a wonderful healthy garnish and addition to salads. These seedling are full of beneficial nutrients. They can be harvested by the first true leaf stage or grown on and harvested as a leaf salad. They have strong flavours and also look good.

Nasturtium Blue pepe has small dark leaves with a wonderful spicy flavour.

You can plan the seeds in soil but may get clearer results using sowing the seeds on tissue paper, keep well watered. Place on the windowsill and wait for your harvest. Quicker growth will be achieved using covered trays.
