Sow February to April in trays of seed compost. Sow thinly, cover lightly with a fine layer of compost. Firm gently and keep moist Keep at approx. 20C. Seedlings appear 14-21 days. Grow on at approx. 15C. When large enough transplant 5cm apart in trays. Stand outside for a few days late May (avoid frosts). Transplant into large patio containers or 40cm apart in a garden flowering position. Keep moist and weed free. Flowers July to October. Remove dead spikes to prolong flowering Soak seed in warm water for 24 hours before sowing
