This is organic seed. It is a very vigorous early variety. The leaves cover the solid white curds. It matures about 90 days after transplanting.

Sow the seeds from January to May or autumn sowings in September to October. The early season sowings may be done undercover in trays at about 16C. The seedling can be pricked out to 5cm apart as soon as large enough. The later sowings can be planted in seedbeds. The seeds should be hardened off before planting out. Harvest ranges from June to October.
