This cucumber is white-skinned with black spines and is suited to use in pickling or salad. It has been developed for improved flavour and resistance to diseases such as powdery mildew.

Sow direct at about the time of last frost, or start earlier as transplants, provided the seedlings are set out before becoming rootbound. Cucumbers thrive in rich soil full of organic matter. Supply abundant moisture and keep picking mature fruit.
