Organic Seed. Chervil Curled leaves have a aniseed flavour which is a great addition to mild flavoured dishes. Grows well in a shady position where it can reach a height of 30cm.

Chervil can be sown all year around with sowing made every 2 or 3 weeks giving a continuous supply of leaves. Use a good potting compost and keep at 15 20C to get good germination. The seeds can be sown direct outdoors from March to July in shallow seed drills about 0.5cm deep. Outdoors thin the plants to 30cm apart and harvest the leaves as required.
