Organic Seed. This is a red butterhead lettuce which has large compact heads. It is a very crisp lettuce that can be harvested from Spring through to the autumn. Great disease resistance.

Sow from early spring onwards, either in pots undercover or direct when the soil has warmed up. Germination is best at 15 20C but may be inhibited at higher temperatures. Thin the seedling gradually using the trimming for salad or replanting. Spacing 25 30cm apart.
