This is the world’s first hybrid parsnip. It has a refined shape, smooth white skin and canker resistance.

Sow the seed from February onwards. Clear as many stones as possible to avoid the roots forking. Keep the seed moist, germination can be slow and erratic although fresh seed will bring better results.
