This is the traditional variety of Mediterranean salad rocket. The plants will produce a good crop throughout the season and grows back rapidly.

Sow direct in drills, anytime from February to September. For almost an all year round supply by staggering sowings. Sow in a pot all year round on the windowsill. Simple to grow, this plant tolerates most soils in full sun. Pick the leaves as required, best used fresh.
