Organic Chives – Allium Schoenoprasum

Chives feature very decorative mauve pompom flower heads, and grow to a height of 30cm. They have a mild onion flavour for salads, sauces and soups.

Sow outdoors in situ in May in moist, fertile soil. Then thin to 15cm spacing.
