Organic Spinach – Giant Winter

This is a winter variety with large, lanced-shaped medium green leaves on plants with a spreading habit.

Sow in August and September in the growing site 2cm deep in rows 30cm apart. Thin seedlings gradually as they appear until 25cm apart. Hoe frequently and water regularly. If given protection from mid-November, the plants will last into the new year.
