Microgreen Coriander is full of aromatic flavour and makes an excellent choice to add to your favourite salads. They contain high levels of essential nutrients and add rich and herby flavours to whichever dishes you add them too. Harvest and serve straight into your favourite dishes and salads.

Simple to grow, sow evenly in seed compost or moist kitchen paper, in small containers with a lid. Once seeds have germinated place on a bright sunny windowsill and feed with a seaweed-based fertiliser.
