Harebell has a beautiful, pale-blue bellflower from July to November. It is a slow growing native perennial of infertile, dry and open habitats such as unproductive grasslands, road verges, grey dunes and rocky ledges.

Sow the seed at any time of the year direct in the final location. The soil may benefit from disturbance occasionally to keep the plants growing.
